Rawon

Ingredients:
- 500 grams of beef
- 5 scallions, thinly sliced
- 6 spring onions, thinly sliced
- 2 liters of water
- 5 pieces of orange leaves
- 2 stalks lemongrass
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon sugar
- Cooking oil

Spices that are:
- 1 ½ teaspoon pepper round
- 2 teaspoons coriander
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3 cm ginger
- 4 cm turmeric
- 3 cm galangal
- 2 eye tamarind
- 5 black keluak

Chilli sauce:
- 3 red chilies
- 2 spring onions
- 1 teaspoon shrimp paste fried
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 100 grams bean sprouts short

How to Make Recipes Rawon:
1) Boil the meat until tender, then remove and cut into pieces.
2) Put back into the broth, also enter the scallions, lemon grass, lime leaves, salt and sugar, reduce heat.
3) Saute onion until fragrant, put spices that have been mashed, stir-fry until fragrant and cooked, then insert it into the stew meat.
4) Cook until cooked and the seasonings permeate
