Ingredients:
- 500 g goat meat, diced 2 × 3 cm
- 150 g cabbage, discard the bones leaves, roughly sliced
- 6 spring onions, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 4 pcs red chili, sliced thin oblique
- 1 tsp pepper powder
- 5 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 piece of lime, take the water
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 700 ml water
How to cook:
1) Saute onion and garlic until fragrant, put chili, stir until wilted peppers
2) Enter goat meat, stir until meat changes color, pour water, stir, bring to a boil.
3)Add soy sauce, pepper, salt and sugar, cook until meat is tender and sauce is low.
4) Enter cabbage and lime juice, bring to a boil again.
