Special Fried Rice |
Ingredients:
- 250 gr rice
- 100 gr shrimps medium, peeled
- 5 pieces of beef meatballs, sliced round
- 50 grams of green peas
- 2 scallions thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce
- 1/4 red tomatoes, sliced
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon salty soy sauce
- 1 tsp ang ciu
- Complement: egg and shrimp crackers
Subtle Seasonings
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 red onions
- 1 red chili
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- salt to taste
How to cook:
1) Heat oil, saute ground spices until fragrant, put green onion, and tomatoes and stir well. Add shrimp and meatballs and stir well.
2) Add the rice, add sauce, sweet soy sauce, salty soy sauce, and ang ciu, stir, remove from heat.
3) Serve warm with a sprinkling of fried onions, shrimp crackers, egg, and pickled cucumber.
